Removed four brake rotors. (Warped). Sub let for machining. Re installed four brake rotors. Road tested. *NOTE* Re manufactured pump and steering gear installed. All other parts new.

  • Inspected front and rear brakes. Front brakes at indicators. Replaced front brake pad set and left/right side brake rotors. Rear brakes have 20-30% or 3-5 mm wear remaining. Inspected for oil leak. Detected oil leak at variable valve timing o-ring. Removed o-ring and applied sealant . (Customer declined solenoid pack replacement. Gasket cannot be purchased separately). Also found power steering pump leaking. (Customer declined power steering pump replacement at this time). Topped off power steering reservoir. *NOTE* Engine oil slightly touching dipstick. Added 2 Quarts of engine oil and engine dye. Wiped oil from bottom of engine and power steering pump. Advise drive vehicle and return to shop in two weeks to inspect for oil leaks from solenoid gasket, oil pan and possible other areas. *NOTE* All new o.e.m parts installed.
  • Replaced variable valve solenoid gasket
  • BRAKE SHOES &/OR PADS – Remove & Replace – Front,Both Sides – [Includes: Clean, lube and/or replace Brake Hardware as necessary. Adjust Brakes (where applicable). Includes: Repack Wheel Bearings (where applicable). DOES NOT include refinishing.]

  • BRAKE SYSTEM (COMPLETE) – Remove & Replace – All Wheels – [Includes: Replace rotors, Brake Shoes and/or Pads. Clean, lube and/or replace Brake Hardware as necessary. Inspect Master Cylinder, all Hoses and bleed Brake System.
  • Installed customer oil and filter. Topped off underhood fluids. Performed 41 point inspection including brake inspection. Found brake pads glazed front and rear. Front pad set on inner side installed with indicators down. (Indicators should be in upper position). Removed left/right front and rear brake pad sets. Removed brake rotors left/right front and rear. Sublet rotors for surfacing. Re installed left/right front and rear brake rotors. Replace brake pad clips left/right front and rear. Serviced and lubricated all calipers. Replaced left/right front and rear brake pad sets with new Akabono O.E.M pad sets. *NOTE* All new parts installed. Road tested. Tire pressure L/F 33 psi. R/F 33 psi L/R 33 psi R/R 33 psi.

  • Inspected and found Air Conditioning compressor seized. Recovered system. Removed compressor and receiver dryer. Flushed and back flushed system. Installed new Air conditioning compressor w/clutch. (Denso). Replaced receiver dryer. Pulled vacuum. Vacuum holding at -30. Injected compressor oil w/dye. Charged system with R-134a. Noticed radiator cooling fan not operational. Found fan shorted. (Bad). Replaced complete radiator fan assembly (Condensor fan/radiator fan) with new aftermarket fan/shroud/motor assembly. High side at 225 psi. Low side at 45 psi. Center vent at 41 degrees. Replaced engine air filter and performed Pennzoil high mileage oil and filter replacement at customer request. *NOTE* All new parts installed. Road tested.
  • A/C COMPRESSOR – Remove & Replace – In-Line4 – [DOES NOT include Air Conditioning System recover, evacuate and/or recharge.]
  • Installed Radiator fan/condensor fan assembly.
  • Replace engine oil and filter. Pennzoil high mileage oil.
  • AIR CLEANER ELEMENT – Remove & Replace
  • AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM – Complete Charge – [Includes: Air Conditioning system recover, evacuate and recharge.]
